3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), but only within Pakistan. You can pay for your order when it is delivered to your doorstep.


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available only in Pakistan)

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Major Cities: Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
  • We process and dispatch orders the same day if ordered before [cut-off time]; otherwise, it will be dispatched the next business day.

6. What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate of 200 PKR for shipping on all orders. Additional charges may apply for unusually large or heavy items.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it’s processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.


8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number to the email address you provided. You can use this tracking number to track your order's progress through the courier service.


9. What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or received a damaged/incorrect item, you can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original condition. For more details, visit our Return Policy page.

Yes, we offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you'd like to exchange your product, please contact our Customer Care team.
